Health Force is a startup that is developing an AI Assistant designed for healthcare to automate hospital daily administrative tasks and save hospital staff thousands of hours of manual work and allow them to focus on patients
We are currently working with large hospital groups in Italy where we are deploying our AI Assistant and we are now looking to make our first key technical hire in Italy for a Senior RPA Developer.
 
JOB DESCRIPTION
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing, developing, and maintaining intelligent automation. You’ll be in the driver's seat, visiting hospitals, learning how hospitals operate, analyzing their day-to-day processes, and building resilient automation solutions incorporating RPA and AI.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Design, develop and test new automation solutions to automate healthcare administrative tasks.
  • Improve and maintain existing automation solutions to ensure reliability and scalability.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to integrate RPA solutions with other components of our AI Assistant.
  • Work with clients to analyze processes, gather requirements, and provide technical support.
  • Document technical specifications and user manuals.
  • Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in RPA development.
 
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in RPA development.
  • Strong understanding of UiPath RPA tools and frameworks
  • Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
 
This is a full-time position that can be done remotely from anywhere in Italy.
