Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CTO to join Health Force.
As the leader of our technology team, the CTO will play a critical role in shaping the company's direction, driving growth, and ensuring that we stay at the forefront of innovation in the field.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software development, data management, and cloud computing, as well as experience in leading technology teams and driving technology strategy.

Essential duties

  • Lead the development and implementation of technology strategy to meet business goals and drive growth.
  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of software solutions and systems.
  • Stay current with new technologies and identify opportunities to incorporate them into the business.
  • Manage technology budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process automation and innovation.
  • Ensure the company's technology infrastructure is secure, scalable, and reliable.
  • Prepare the company to pass the AWS Partner Program certification.


  • Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of software development, data management, and cloud computing.
  • Experience in healthcare technology is a plus.
  • Knowledge of AWS and experience with AWS Partner Program is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to make technical decisions, prioritise projects, and manage budgets.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.



Contribute to the strategy of building a multi-tenant infrastructure that will be resilient across different countries.


Build a technical team of tech developers or tech leads with 80% A Players (4 As, 1 B) within 18 months.


Succeed at building an infrastructure that will allow Health Force to succeed at becoming a member of AWS Partner Program within 18 months.


Contain costs related to infrastructure by analysing and optimising the technologies used


Be aware of impact that the tools in production have in terms of estimated hours saved and keep that metric as a North Star by the team.

Recruitment process

The recruitment process will consist in:
  1. Screening form in order to assess the alignement between the candidat and the job expectations
  1. A first interview that will assess a fit with the company’s values and expectations
  1. A second interview with several technical questions
  1. A final interview with all the co-founders in order to do the final assessment and make an offer

Salary and Compensation

We offer a combination of salary and equity.
The salary will be aligned with the current market value taking into account your experience and where you live.
